To make the most of their Fly-Coop CPL(A) license, students are required to complete an extensive theoretical course covering the following topics:

After successfully completing the online class and achieving a minimum of 75% in each ATPL theory subject of the Fly-Coop Home Exams, student pilots are required to undergo an official examination conducted by the civil aviation authority. This examination will cover all the theory subjects mentioned below:

The exams may be completed in either one or two sessions, and the minimum pass-mark required for each subject is 75%.

The flight training is divided in a day visual flight phase, a night visual flight phase and a basic IFR phase
To that end, the flight training is composed of:

  • 20 hours of day visual flight phase on the chosen type
  • 10 hours of Basic IFR flight phase on the chosen type
  • 5 hours of night visual flight phase on the chosen type

Upon finishing the training program, student pilots are required to undergo an official check ride, during which a Flight Examiner will be on board to evaluate their skills and performance.
